Trade USDT on Ethereum to USDT on Tron using MetaMask

Step 1: Navigate to depouch and Connect Your Wallet

• Press Connect Wallet. You find the button in the top right corner of the page.

• Go to the swap page by clicking Swap now or Swap in the nav bar.
• Select Ethereum and then select MetaMask, because you are sending USDT from the Ethereum chain using MetaMask.

Step 2: Set Up the Swap

• Select the cryptocurrencies for your trade.
• In the From field, search for USDT and select it on the Ethereum network.
• In the To field, search for USDT again, and choose the Tron network. Be sure to pay attention to the icon or text indicating the network.

Step 3: Enter Swap Details

• Paste your destination address into the Destination Address field. This is the Tron destination address where you want to receive the USDT. (see screenshot above for example)
• Enter the amount of USDT you wish to swap in the From field.

Step 4: Review and Confirm the Swap

• Press the Swap button.
• Review the transaction details.
• Press Confirm Swap.

Step 5: Approve Spending and Send Tokens in MetaMask

• First, you will need to approve the spending of the USDT in MetaMask.

• Press Confirm in MetaMask.
• Wait a few seconds, then a new dialog pops up asking you to send the USDT.

• Again, check everything and change the network fee to aggressive to ensure a smooth swap. Press Confirm.
• The transaction will then be submitted.

Step 6: Track the Swap

• Once the transaction is submitted, you can track the progress of your swap on the depouch website under the Transactions list.
• The status will update from Swapping to Completed once the trade is done.

Step 7: Verify Receipt of USDT

• Once the swap is Completed, check your Tron address wallet.
• You can also verify receipt by checking a blockchain explorer, specifically looking under the transfers section to confirm you received the USDT.

That's it! You have successfully taken your USDT on Ethereum and swapped it to USDT on the Tron network using MetaMask on the depouch cross-chain DEX.
